Hug-A-Bull
HugABull is a BC-based non-profit committed to the rescue, advocacy, and education of bully breeds. They provide foster-based care, promote responsible guardianship, and work to change public perceptions through outreach and support programs. Their dedication to creating safer, more compassionate communities for both dogs and people makes them a valued partner in our mission.
VOKRA
VOKRA (Vancouver Orphan Kitten Rescue Association) is a volunteer-driven, no-kill non-profit focused on rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming cats across the Lower Mainland. Through a large network of foster homes, they provide individualized care and safe environments for over 1,400 cats and kittens annually. They also lead a successful Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program to reduce feral cat populations. In April 2025, their efforts were formally recognized by the City of Vancouver for their critical role in feline welfare.
